Cancellation Policy

Full Refunds will only be issued for sponsors who cancel before April 30, 2024.  A 50% refunds will be available to those sponsors who cancel prior to May 31, 2024. No refunds will be issued to sponsors cancelling between June 1, 2024 and July 9, 2024.  Cancellation requests must be sent to GAMEIS@kinsleymeetings.com. In the event that the event must be cancelled, all sponsors will be able to choose a full refund, or to have their sponsorship applied to the 2024 conference.

District Attendees cancelling prior to June 10, 2024 will be issued a full refund.  No refunds will be issued to those District Attendees who cancel after June 11, 2024. Cancellation requests must be sent to GAMEIS@kinsleymeetings.com.
